Overview of Internetworking

Question: Discuss about the Overview of Internetworking. Answer: Introduction Now day's Quadcopter drone technology is most leading technology which is used for national security, surveillance, and emergency service. The SkyView Technology is an Australia based most prestigious organization for drone technology. They have several branches in Australia. They are planning to open few international offices. Previously they used wired network connection. Now they want a new Wide Area Network between their all branches. Therefore, they hired network manager for solving their network problem. This report includes the detail implementation plan of the network. Also, the network manager includes a physical and logical network in this report. The traffic and network application details, devices and its costing also include with this report. The advancement of systems administration and the Internet, the threats to data and systems have risen remarkably. A substantial portion of these threats has gotten to be cunningly practiced assaults creating harm or conferring robbery. The Internet keeps on developing exponentially. Without proper network security, the SkyView network can be hacked or attacked from outside. For securing the entire network of SkyView, there are several security policies are implemented. Some of the security policies are applied to hardware devices, and others are executed in the software module. The main functionality of this security module is to find out the different aspect of the cyber-attack from various source. The security module identified his threat as per their security risk description library and after the fruitful identification, security module activates a network sealed over entire WAN network. In this condition , all the incoming data packets are filtered by multilayer security protocol. If something suspicious found on the selected data packets then the security protocol automatically abundant their transection. In every branch has a switch which is attached to the router. The employees can access the network via the switch. Cisco Router 1921 5 The router is used to connect a network with the ISP and help to create the WAN. Every branch has a router which is connected to the main network. Cisco Access point 5 Access points are placed in every branch. Access points are connected with the switch. The access point is used for a wireless network. Cisco 3.0 cable modem 5 SkyView uses TV monitor for video conferences and training purpose. Therefore, the cable modem is required to connect this TV to the network. Cable modem is connected to the switch. All branch have one cable modem. Cisco - Coax splitter 5 Cisco coaxial splitter is used to connect to the cable modem and TV. This thing is placed between the cable modem and TV. Cisco UCS B440 M2 Blade Server 1 The file server is used to store and shear the file between the networks. The SkyView network stores their files and shears it with their employees. Therefore, the file server is required to connect and share all the network. Cisco B-Series M7 High Servers 1 The mail server is required to communicate with each other is an organization. This server is used as a mail server. SkyView required communicating with their employees. Therefore, they required this mail server. Cisco UCS B200 M4 Blade Server 1 DNS server is required to communicate with each other is an organization. This server is used as a mail server. SkyView required communicating with their employees. Therefore, they required this DNS server. Cisco UCS B22 M3 Blade Server 1 The SkyView need a DHCP server to provide the DHCP service with all branches. Therefore, this server is used as a mail server. This server is placed in the headquarter of SkyView. Cisco UCS C22 server 1 The web server is required to connect to the network. To connect with the network, the web server is needed. CISCO ASA5505-UL-BUN-K9 ASA 5505 Security Appliance 1 For secure all the network, a firewall system is used. The firewall system is placed into the headquarter of the SkeView. Cisco WS-C3560-24TS-E Switch 1 Cisco multilayer switch is used to connect a large number of devices. This device is placed in the headquarter of SkyView. In a headquarter, all the essential devices like servers, firewall are present. Therefore, a large switch is required. So the multilayer switch is used. The test arrangement gives bellow: 1. The switches must be checked by sending the packets, starting with one system then onto the next system. 2. Testing switch by sending the packets starting from one switch then onto the next switch. 3. If the packets are effectively exchanged from the one switch to another switch, then the IP address are legitimately designed. 4. If every one of the routers is effectively sending the packets starting with one router then onto the next router, then the system setup is right. It exhibited the phase of top-down system plan approach and showed a commonsense usage of the strides utilizing a genuine contextual analysis. The configuration was initially reproduced using the Cisco Packet tracer. Just the protocol is the issue which is confronting at the season of system outline.
